, Bayern Munich and English national team star Harry Kane is now the target of an infamous Ghanaian witch doctor:Ghana’s most famous witch doctor has said he will put curse on England hotshot Harry Kane in a bid to boost the African nation’s chances in their World Cup clash. The two countries face each other on Tuesday and Nana Kwaku Bonsam – whose name translates literally as “Devil of Wednesday” – has previous form for using
his magic to give Ghana an edge.
He boasted that he caused Cristiano Ronaldo a knee injury during the 2014 World Cup – and now he is ready to try and nobble goal machine Harry too. Nana said: “I am working on Harry Kane. I have shown what I am capable of before so I know what work I must do to stop him. I am very famous for my predictions.
“I am not wishing him serious injury. It will be just enough to stop him against my country. I will do my work so that it can help Ghana.”
Well as long as it is not a serious injury then no harm, no foul, we guess — a witch doctor with a conscience!
Witch doctors and Bayern Munich-attached players have a history. Renato Sanches was rumored to be in contact with someone specializing in the Dark Arts and in another case, witch doctors tried to help Sadio Mané.
However, the most famous instance in modern times dealt with the possibility of the brother of Paul Pogba enlisting some help from a witch doctor to deal with Kylian Mbappé.
Let’s just hope Kane can ward of Ghana and any incoming spell.
