According to a report from Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg (as captured by @iMiaSanMia_GER), Bayern Munich will soon have to make a decision on whether or not to bring back Raphaël Guerreiro
on a new contract.
For Raphaël Guerreiro, there will soon be the decision whether Bayern wants to extend with him or not.
The veteran does not have a defined position these days, but is still a fine, overall footballer. In certain matchups, Guerreiro can play as a left-back, defensive midfielder, central midfielder, attacking midfielder, or as a wing. Everything, though, is dependent on how Guerreiro fits against the opposition.
The Portuguese player has something left to offer the game — and maybe Bayern Munich, too, but does he want to accept a lesser salary and a lesser role in Bavaria…or take his chances in the open market where he could inevitably find a home where he could play consistently and make more money?
That is the question.
So…should Bayern Munich re-up Guerreiro?
