Indiana football claimed its first national title in program history on Monday night, beating Miami 27-21 in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game.
It’s the most significant achievement
for the athletic department in decades. The game and eventual win drew plenty of attention on social media with public figures from rapper Lil Wayne to former president Barack Obama commenting on the Hoosiers’ triumph.
