As we approach the summer transfer window, it appears that Barcelona have big plans to add a big-name striker and possibly even a center-back, with Julián Alvarez and Alessandro Bastoni currently the hottest names in the rumor mill.
The infamous 1:1 rule will be crucial to achieve those plans, but Barça might also have to sell and important player in order to help fund the big signings. And one player currently linked with a sale is Alejandro Balde, who is reportedly “not untouchable” and could be sold
if the right offer arrives.
Balde is quite the hot topic among Barça fans. He has certainly developed into a very good left-back and is still young with room to reach his full potential, but some argue he’s not quite consistent enough to be a truly world-class player, and has already dealt with a number of injuries in his young Barça career.
