With the NFL Draft only 10 days away, the discussions on who or what the Arizona Cardinals should do with the third overall pick are heating up.
Now we asked simply, which player would you want if the Cardinals just stayed and picked with the third overall pick?
There was a clear
winner, but the way the next votes fell was a bit surprising.
36% of fans want to see the Cardinals select David Bailey with the third pick, if he is there, but seeing Francis Mauigoa, an excellent right tackle prospect who has recently had some questions regarding a back issue, and a running back in Jeremiyah Love be the next two was surprising.
However, I get it. Arvell Reese, the betting favorite at +120 to be the third overall pick according to our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook, has questions about what is the best position for him to be utilized in the NFL and Rueben Bain Jr. has questions about his arm length.
So, Bailey, who is +380 to be the pick by the Cardinals makes the most sense, while Mauigoa +420 does as well as long as you trust the medicals… although we know Monti doesn’t care about medicals.
