Max Eberl has a good chance of keeping his job, as there have been good deals – but he has to sell. The club’s bosses have no intention of loaning out the likes of Palhinha,
Zaragoza, Nübel and Boey again, as they want money this summer. Eberl has to get these players sold and off the wage bill. That will be a major factor that the supervisory board will consider when making their decision regarding Eberl late August [@cfbayern]

The noise around Eberl’s job security after an impressive season from Bayern is getting to be hard to understand. And in the case of the four players mentioned: João Palhinha, Bryan Zaragoza, Alexander Nübel, and Sacha Boey, it cannot help but be noticed that Eberl was the driving force for none of these players to arrive at Bayern. Yet now he has the mandate to sell them. If he cannot — or cannot fetch desired fees for all of them — is it clear that another sporting director could do better?
