If you’ve got a couple minutes, I’ve got a few rumors.
Top Rumor of the Day: WrestleMania 43 plans
Roman Reigns defeated Jacob Fatu at Clash in Italy, and now the King of the Ring tournament could very well determine who is next for him come SummerSlam. The Bloodline is back and maybe as strong as ever, and it’s time to think about what could be next.
To that end, WWE has been doing just that, at least according to Self Made Pro. They bring word that there are two options being discussed for Reigns in the future: Seth Rollins and Oba Femi. The idea,
it seems, is that one of them would work with Roman at SummerSlam and the other would be saved to headline WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia next year.
There’s a caveat to this, however: it all depends on whether or not The Rock will be able to work the show.
WWE has already teased multiple programs for Reigns moving forward, including an obvious showdown with Femi for later. They obviously want to do the Rock match at some point, and his status could determine everything. But backup plans appear to be in place, or close to it.
