We are moving into Round 5 of the 2026 NFL Draft from Pittsburgh, and it’s time for the Minnesota Vikings to (probably) get involved again!
The purple are slated to have two picks in this fifth round, and they’ll come in relatively quick succession. They’re first scheduled to select at #159 overall, and then they will pick again at #163 overall. Both of those picks were acquired via trades. The pick at #159 came from the trade that they made with the Carolina Panthers on Friday night, while the pick at #163 came from the trade they made during
the 2025 preseason when they sent quarterback Sam Howell to the Philadelphia Eagles.
After the Vikings make these two picks. . .assuming that they do, in fact, make both of them. . .they are not scheduled to get back on the board again until Round 7. But we will have a thread for Round 6 regardless.
With that, Round 5 is officially underway, ladies and gentlemen, and you can hang out here and talk about all of it with your fellow Vikings fans! Have at it, everyone!
