Enjoy the sweet science of lucha libre on Saturday night with the newest episode of AAA (Jan. 31, 2026). The taped lineup airing from Mexico City features three bouts with championship ramifications.
The Rey de Reyes tournament begins with Apollo Crews in the first fatal four-way qualifier against Jack Cartwheel, Aerostar, and La Parka. The winner advances to the Rey de Reyes final on March 14. When the dust clears, the King of Kings will receive a sacred sword and a future title shot for the AAA
Mega Championship.
Lola Vice fights for the heart of her lizard-man in a battle against La Hiedra. Mr. Iguana will be the special guest referee. The winner will be his partner in an upcoming mixed tag title shot against champions Chelsea Green & Ethan Page.
TJ Perkins dukes it out in another four-way against Chris Carter, Elio Lefleur, and Mini Vikingo to earn a cruiserweight title shot, currently held by Laredo Kid. This match is notable for TJP’s debut in AAA. He had been previously working his craft for NJPW with several appearances in CMLL.
This week’s start time is a little confusing. In Mexico and Latin America, the AAA broadcast airs at 9 pm ET on Fox. Outside that region, WWE will stream the show in English on their YouTube channel. The countdown is for 8 pm ET, however, past weeks have aired at 9 pm ET or later. Don’t be surprised if this episode gets pushed back an hour.
