If you watched the pre-game last night, a lot was said about the return of Aaron Donald to the Rams. The former All-Pro came out of retirement to join the loaded Rams defense, and he made his return debut in Week 2 vs. the Giants. Well, the Sunday Night crew was excited to talk about his return and had all their hyped up segments about it.
Well, they forgot one very vital thing. Donald, who was retired for two years and is now 35 years old, would be lining up against Broncos All-Pro guard Quinn Meinerz.
Not only did Meinerz rain on Aaron Donald’s parade, he absolutely tossed around and dominated Donald in the trenches.
After Meinerz ruined Donald’s return and this moment went viral, the league decided to gift the Broncos All-Pro guard with a surprise drug test on Monday morning.
Coincidence?
Meinerz shared a message he received from the league on Instagram informing him of his drug test, which he would need to take later today.
Quinn, this is Christian on behalf of the NFL and Drug Free Sport. You have been selected to complete a Performance Enhancing Substance (PES) test today. You must complete your test prior to the start of the afternoon team activities. Please bring your Govnerment issued ID or team ID.
The timing of this piss test is funny and suspicious, especially after he dominated the Donald, who has been featured throughout the NFL media all summer and especially during last night’s pre-game show on Sunday Night Football.
I am sure it is completely random.
Before Meinerz became an All-Pro offensive lineman for the Broncos,he was known for his pre-draft tape during COVID, where he was seen working out in the woods, lifting logs, blocking, and knocking over trees and other various items. He is what people call “Country Strong” and certainly does not need PEDs to help him become the All-Pro player that he currently is.
At the end of the day, Meinerz dominated Aaron Donald and proved once again why he is one of the best offensive lineman in the entire NFL.
