Wolfpack commit Cole Cloer injured his knee in practice before the season started at IMG Academy. He, unfortunately, will have to miss the season to rehabilitate that knee. Because of that, he has decided
to enroll for the spring semester at NC State to allow himself the opportunity to rehabilitate his knee, to get accustomed to college life, and to get involved with his new team.
“To be able to get the No. 1 player in the state, it’s a big, big deal,” Wade said. “It’s not just getting the No. 1 player in the state, he’s a damn good player. Really, really good shooter. He just had some surgery. It wasn’t nearly as serious as we thought. So that was very, very good, and he’s on the road to recovery.
