The international break gets properly underway this evening, and by that I mean that England are playing. England will host Serbia in the World Cup qualifiers, with England having qualified already. Thomas
Tuchel has announced that he is picking Morgan Rogers over Jude Bellingham, which is very, very funny.
Elsewhere, France will host Ukraine and Norway will look to maintain their lead at the top of Group I as they take on Estonia, while Italy will keep up the chase against Moldova. Germany kick things off tomorrow against Luxembourg. Still, none of this really matters, because none of them are England.
BVB News
- Borussia Dortmund are unhappy with the way the Nico Schlotterbeck contract situation is being reported. The club feels the reporting has not been a balanced reflection of the reality on the ground.
- Meanwhile, Schlotterbeck is set to miss Germany’s game against Luxembourg with a knock he picked up in the Hamburg game.
- BVB are keen to keep hold of Emre Can and they now plan to offer him a contract extension.
Bundesliga News
- VfB Stuttgart are considering a move for Nottingham Forest’s Arnaud Kalimuendo in the January transfer window.
- Wolfsburg and Augsburg are interested in bringing Niclas Füllkrug back to the Bundesliga.
