The Washington Commanders finally ended their losing streak at eight games with a road win over the New York Giants. They entered the game as underdogs, but were in control for most of the game, winning 29-21. This was also the Giants’ eighth-straight loss, and they kept control of the No. 1 overall pick in next year’s draft.
The Philadelphia Eagles also ended their losing streak today, but theirs was only three games. The Eagles shut out the lowly Las Vegas Raiders at home, 31-0, and are looking
to get a few more wins in the NFC before the playoffs start. The Eagles have not looked the like the same team from last year, but still come to Washington as big favorites.
