What is the story about?

According to a report from Bild (via @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich star Serge Gnabry will get the start vs. Serbia and captain the squad:

🇩🇪 A decision has been made: Serge Gnabry will start and captain the national team against Serbia tonight. With 61 international appearances, Gnabry is the most capped player in the current squad [@BILD]

Gnabry’s start does come at a price to Bayern Munich in one respect, though. Phenom Lennart Karl will start the game on the bench due to Gnabry’s inclusion in the lineup

according to both Bild and Sky Germany (as captured by @iMiaSanMia):

On Wednesday, Karl was projected to start by Bild, but it appears the wingers will be Gnabry and FC Köln’s Said El Mala, though nothing formal has been announced by the German national team as of yet.
