Vinicius Jr registered a goal and an assist, and Endrick played 45 minutes in Brazil’s 6-2 win over Panama on Sunday night.
This was Brazil’s first of two friendlies before the World Cup, and Carlo Ancelotti started a strong XI, before making changes to give other players a chance at half-time.
Vinicius Jr started the game off as well as anyone could have, scoring a screamer inside the first minute. After Panama’s equaliser, he assisted the go-ahead goal for Brazil, which was a shot that turned into
a cross for former Real Madrid player Casemiro to head in.
Vinicius Jr pressed admirably all half, and looked positive with his actions, before coming off at half-time.
Endrick came on after the break, and tried to cause chaos inside Panama’s penalty area. He looked threatening, but was not able to score or assist on the night.
He was very close to scoring a goal late in the second half, but his effort went straight at the keeper.
Brazil now play Egypt in their final game before the World Cup on June 6.
