Purdue did just about everything but win on Saturday, they did technically win for a few seconds as the game was over before the appeal, against Wake Forest. Theres’s no question that the Purdue offense looked improved compared to the game against Indiana State and that’s saying something since obviously the level of competition improved from
week 1 to week 2. Then, the defense. Well, they certainly did some good things as well. Not as much as we would’ve liked but there was improvement. They got pressure on the QB late in the game and when the team had to have a quick stop to have a chance to win they forced Wake Forest into a three and out in less than one minute of game time. That’s impressive.
So, this week I want to know, which side of the ball showed more improvement from week 1 to week 2? Results posted later in the week.
