UFC London went down yesterday (Sat., March 21, 2026) inside O2 Arena on London, England which saw Movsar Evloev defeat Lerone Murphy via a questionable unanimous decision (recap here). In the co-main event, Luke Riley and Michael Aswell Jr. went to war for 15 minutes which resulted in Riley taking home a unanimous decision. Iwo Baraniewski was a big winner, too, after destroying Austen Lane in less the 30 seconds (see it again here).
Winner: Movsar Evloev
Who He Should Face Next: Alexander Volkanovski
title shot
Evloev’s win wasn’t as convincing and dominant as matchmakers would have preferred to justify giving him the next title shot at 145 pounds. That said, I don’t see how they don’t give it to him since he is the No. 1 ranked fighter in the division with 10 straight wins inside the Octagon, while Silva is ranked No. 6 and lost to Diego Lopes late last year before getting back on track against Arnold Allen.
Winner: Luke Riley
Who He Should Face Next: Darren Elkins
Riley improved his undefeated record to 13-0, including winning his second straight inside the Octagon, with a big victory over Michael Aswell Jr. At 26 years of age, I don’t foresee the promotion rushing him since he could be a big star for the UK. That said, I wouldn’t mind seeing him tested against a grizzled veteran like Elkins, who has competed inside the Octagon a whopping 30 times. He is experienced enough to measure Riley, but he isn’t exactly at the top of his game anymore, as he was last seen getting knocked out by Julian Erosa at UFC 314.
Winner: Michael Page
Who He Should Face Next: Leon Edwards
Page won a rather lackluster unanimous decision win over a former sparring partner of his in Sam Patterson, leaving “Venom” rather unsatisfied after his win. It was a questionable matchup from the beginning as many expected Page to be matched up with fun and exciting fights against big name foes. Now that he is competing at Welterweight, I would like to see him get matched against a striker such as Edwards. Now, I normally hate when a fighter doing fairly well — Page is 4-1 in UFC — gets paired up against someone one a losing streak — Edwards has lost three straight — but we may as well get this one going for several reasons. Page feels like he’s not in favor with UFC, and Dana White walking out during his fight only added fuel to the fire. Edwards is a former world champion and it’s a fight Page wanted a while back. Both men are British and could easily headline a fight night card there, or anywhere, for that matter. It’s a nice chance for Page to get a big win over a former champion who would be willing to trade. Sure, there are other more exciting names like Carlos Prates (No. 5) and Michael Morales (No. 3) who would be willing to go head-hunting against Page, but they are too high up the rankings at the moment.
Winner: Iwo Baraniewski
Who He Should Face Next: Ion Cutelaba
Baraniewski continued his head-hunting ways by securing another first-round finish over Austen Lane, pushing him to 8-0, 2-0 UFC. The surging polish fighter has now won all eight of his fights in the very first round, so let’s put him against another brawler to see if he can keep his streak going. Cutelaba its the bill perfectly because the longtime veteran loves to go all in once the cage door slams shut, and has the kill or be killed aggressive mentality to test Baraniewski.
Winner: Christian Leroy Duncan
Who He Should Face Next: Jared Cannonier
Duncan locked down his fourth straight win after an impressive unanimous decision win over Roman Dolidze (No. 11), which means he will be in the Top 15 come next week. A fight against Cannonier could be on the horizon, seeing as how “The Killa Gorilla” is ranked No, 10. He is coming off a tough loss against Michael Page, but that was in mid 2025 so he could be gearing up for a return this summer, which could give Duncan time to recuperate and get ready for a return.
