He went to South Alabama.
Raiders ties: Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak was
an offensive assistant on the 49ers in 2023 when Luter was drafted.
How he will fit in with Raiders:
Luter, 26, will be a depth piece for now. He has a chance to work his way into the playing rotation. He can also carve a role as a special teams player at the beginning of his tenure as a member of the Raiders. He is clearly a talented player as he was claimed by five teams Monday, the most of any waived player that day.
