After a limited practice on Wednesday, Steelers wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. was downgraded to a did-not-participate status in the team’s Thursday injury report.
Pittman was seen using a scooter to prop up his foot during the week with what head coach Mike McCarthy said would be a “multiple-week” injury.
Cornerback Jamel Dean (ankle) was the Steelers’ only other DNP on Thursday, with cornerback Jalen Ramsey (wrist) improving to limited status. Running back Rico Dowdle (toe) was limited for the second
straight day, while safety DeShon Elliott (knee) was also limited in the first practice of his return window from injured reserve.
Defensive lineman Cameron Heyward was also a full participant after taking a rest day on Wednesday.
The Steelers’ Week 5 opponent, the Colts, have yet to release their Thursday injury report at the time of this writing.
