The TV ratings and viewership data are in for the Aug. 20 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Per Wrestling Observer’s Dave Meltzer, Dynamite netted 565,000 viewers and a 0.16 rating in the 18-49 year old demographic. These numbers are both down from last week’s 690K and 0.17 demo rating. This is Dynamite third lowest viewership number on TV thus far in 2025, only beating the Feb. 19 and April 23 episodes.
Some of the Wednesday night competition included FOX News, the Little League World Series, and MTV’s The
Challenge. Like always, these numbers do not include anybody who was watching on the Max streaming service.
This was the final episode of Dynamite before this weekend’s Forbidden Door pay-per-view, so Tony Khan and his team will hope the low viewership is not reflective of fan interest in paying money to watch Sunday’s show from London.
