Barcelona defender Alejandro Balde is hoping to dish out another thrashing to Real Madrid at the Bernabeu on Sunday when the two teams meet.
Hansi Flick’s side ran out 4-0 winners in the Spanish capital
last October and Balde wants a similar outcome on Sunday in La Liga.
“Winning is always important; it gives us a lot of confidence, especially if the score is clear,” he told Mundo Deportivo.
“I’m very happy with the win and the three points, especially with Dro. I’m proud and happy.
“I’m really excited about the Clásico, it’s a special game. I hope we can win it. I hope we can thrash Madrid again at the Bernabéu, but the most important thing is who takes the three points.
“I think we have a good feeling ahead of the Clásico, but it doesn’t matter which team is in better form. Anything can happen in this game.”
Victory for Barcelona at the Bernabeu will see Barcelona leapfrog Madrid and move back to the top of the table in La Liga.
