The Carolina Panthers are in an enviable position ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft. Dan Morgan and Brandt Tilis managed to fill most of the glaring holes on the Panthers roster in free agency. That may allow them to focus on one of the many weaknesses on defense or forestall the pending potential cliff at offensive tackle.
Fans are split just about every direction on this one. 69% of fans are hoping for a playmaker or two on some level of the defense in the top 100 picks of the 2026 NFL draft. Meanwhile,
a plurality are clearly worried that their offensive line went from deep on paper to a bunch of new faces over the course of one injury-riddled season.
Carolina currently holds the 19th, 51st, and 83rd overall picks. I suspect two of those picks will fall amongst the position groups polled here and one will be packaged in a trade up for a prospect whose name and position are completely off our collective radar.
