The Baltimore Ravens demolished the Washington Commanders on Friday night to complete an undefeated debut preseason for head coach Jesse Minter. Now, they have until 6 p.m. ET on Sunday evening to reduce their 90-man roster down to 53 players with several tough decisions awaiting on both sides of the ball.
Initial roster cuts are, of course, just that: initial. The Ravens use injured reserve stashes and handshake deals as much as any team in the NFL, so the 53 on Sunday may not stay the same until
Week 1. Baltimore is currently favored by 3.5 points over the Indianapolis Colts for their regular season opener with +1300 Super Bowl odds, the fourth-best in the league (via FanDuel Sportsbook).

Trade! Ravens deal C.J. Okoye to John Harbaugh’s Giants
The Ravens had a glut of defensive line talent to sort out, so it is no surprise that they found a trade partner for Okoye. The 6-foot-6, 365-pound defensive tackle will reunite with John Harbaugh in New York with a 2028 seventh-round pick heading to Baltimore in exchange.
