One of the top big men in the 2027 class is set to visit Kentucky basketball next month.
According to high school recruiting insider Sam Kayser, 5-star prospect Isaiah Hill is set to visit Kentucky on October 18.
The near 7-footer from Indiana made some noise over the summer on the Nike EYBL circuit with his shot-blocking ability, averaging more than 3 blocks per game to go along with 9 points and 6 rebounds. His performance over the summer caught the eye of Kentucky assistant coach Mikhail McLean,
who made contact with Hill this summer.
Hill is ranked as high as 13th overall by ESPN. He’s ranked 32nd overall and the #4 center in the class by the 247 Sports Composite rankings.
Hill currently holds offers from Indiana, Georgetown, Syracuse, and Purdue. Louisville has also shown interest.
Hill’s coaches say he’s the type of player who doesn’t have to have the ball in his hands to make an impact on the floor, and that size and length can be an absolute difference-maker on the defensive end as his offensive game continues to evolve.
Could a Kentucky offer be coming soon?
