Rumors for the Day:
- On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said the teased Brock Lesnar vs. Oba Femi match is not 100 percent for WrestleMania 42, though it very well could end up happening.
- According to PW Insider, AJ Styles is scheduled to visit WWE headquarters alongside Tiffany Stratton. It could be to record podcasts but it’s not entirely clear at this time.
- On the Styles front, Fightful Select says he was a big topic within AEW at Dynamite last week and the expectation is the company will pursue him if there is an opportunity there. They also made clear that Styles “very much had it his way as it relates to his WWE retirement.”
- For what it’s worth, Insider says Nick Hogan was at the WWE Performance Center recently.
- Ava’s decision to deactivate her X account was a personal decision and not through any pressure from anyone at WWE, says the Observer.
- Bodyslam.net says there have been discussions within WWE to hold NXT Vengeance Day on Mar. 7 at the Performance Center.
- Meanwhile, PW Insider says Stand & Deliver is currently scheduled for Sat., April 18, just hours before WrestleMania 42 night one.
