What is the story about?
The Portland Trail Blazers are starting to accumulate a decent roster full of young talent in preparation for making a serious run at playoffs contention in years to come. The staff at The Ringer have started to notice as well. Four Trail Blazers players broke into the Ringer Top 100 List this year, with one of them making an enormous jump in the last month.
The Blazers in question are:
- Deni Avdija (23 overall, down from 19 last month and a season-high of 17)
- Jrue Holiday (72 overall, down from 71 last month and a season-high of 51)
- Toumani Camara (98, down from 92 last month and a season-high of 90)
- Donovan Clingan (76, up from 90 last month, which was his entry into the list)
Though the first three Blazers dropped in the rankings, Clingan’s jump of 14 spots is significant. It’s good news
for Blazers fans looking for positive signs of development.
