Some notes
- For the Chiefs, the only surprising note is the presence of defensive end George Karlaftis (thumb), who was a limited participant in Wednesday’s practice.
- As head coach Andy Reid implied on Monday, running back Isiah Pacheco (knee) is still unable to practice. He did not participate on Wednesday.
- All other Kansas City players listed on Wednesday’s report were full participants — including left tackle Josh Simmons and right tackle Jawaan Taylor (knee-ankle).
