Bayern Munich loanee and Heidenheim attacker Arijon Ibrahimović came on as a sub during his parent club’s 4-0 win over Heidenheim to mixed results, but the youngster sounds ready to settle down.
No, the
20-year-old is not eyeing up a marriage (at least that we know of), but he does want to join a club on a permanent basis instead of living the loan life.
“I’ve gotten used to it. However, I don’t want to be loaned out again. I’d really like to have a permanent club. I feel extremely comfortable in Heidenheim,” said Ibrahimović (as captured by @iMiaSanMia_GER). “To be honest: At the previous clubs, I didn’t feel as well taken care of. 1. FC Heidenheim is an incredibly family-like club. The people here are super.”
At one point, Ibrahimović was considered to be one of the top prospects (and maybe the top prospect) of Bayern Munich’s academy. Instead of earning a spot with the first team, though, the attacker has been sent on loans to Frosinone, Lazio, and Heidenheim.
It is clear now that Ibrahimović does not have a future at Bayern Munich and it sounds like the youngster is ready to go off and try and make his mark somewhere else.
After this season, he might get the chance.
