The 2026 Braves have been no stranger to superlative offensive performance.
In April, Michael Harris II dumped an absurd .443 xwOBA on the league. While he massively underhit his inputs, Dominic Smith and Matt Olson posted near-.400 xwOBAs and above-.400 wOBAs.
In May, it was a trio of Drake Baldwin, Ronald Acuña Jr., and Jorge Mateo that led the charge with a .400+ xwOBA. All of those guys really played just half a month (miss you, Baldwin!), but three guys with an absurd half-month works, too. All of those guys also
had wOBAs above .400, and were joined by Mike Yastrzemski, who had “only” a .338 xwOBA but managed to time his overperformance very well in terms of leverage.
So, now we’re into June. Baldwin is still missing in action, but maybe he returns. Acuña is on a heater. Mateo is on a heater. Harris and Olson whack the ball hard enough that they could reel off a massive month just like that. Maybe Austin Riley goes nuclear once again, as he’s done many a summer month before. Sandy Leon?! Probably not, but…
Anyway, who ya got? How many Braves do you think will wOBA over .400 and/or xwOBA over .400 for June, and who do you think they’ll be?
