The Pittsburgh Steelers begin their season in less than a week when they travel to New York to face the Jets, and they are favored to come away with the victory.
Per FanDuel Sportsbook, the Steelers are 2.5 point favorites against New York as Aaron Rodgers faces his former team, and the Steelers face their former quarterback, Justin Fields. Looking at both rosters, the Steelers should certainly be favored, but don’t expect this to be a high-scoring game. I’ve already bet the under 38.5 total points
for the game, and I fully anticipate this being a low-scoring defensive game featuring a lot of punts. In terms of score predictions, we’ll dive into that in our weekly staff predictions later this week.
The Steelers lead the all-time series 19-7, but are 0-2 in their last two trips to MetLife to face the Jets.
