The Islanders’ attempt to fill the quiet summer month of August with something succeeded with the announcement that the navy blue design with the old lighthouse shoulder patch logo is their third jersey for the season after next. (That’s 2027-28. Even though the number on the mockup is 26, do not be confused.)
