Barcelona are taking a break from La Liga after a brilliant start to the new campaign which has brought eight straight wins and an incredible 36 goals scored in La Liga and the Champions League.
The good form comes after a summer where the club strengthened the squad by bringing in Gabriel Jesus, Rodri, Joao Cancelo, Karim Adeyemi, Anthony Gordon and Jesse Bisiwu.
Rodri was one of the surprise transfers of the summer but has already slotted into the midfield and played in all but one of Barca’s games
this season.
Adeyemi has shown what he can offer with some stunning goals, Anthony Gordon has been unselfish with plenty of assists, and Gabriel Jesus has also found the back of the net despite limited game time.
It may still be early in the season but after eight games played in all competitions we’ve seen plenty of our new arrivals already.
