Zay Flowers spent four years dominating the ACC for Boston College and has been doing the same at the next level.
On Tuesday, the Baltimore Ravens inked Flowers to a four-year extension worth $140 million with $108 guaranteed. This contract has Flowers behind only Jaxon Smith-Njigba ($42.15 million) and Drake London ($35 million) in terms of annual salary.
The 25-year-old receiver was under control through 2027 after the Ravens exercised his fifth-year option. The two sides decided to get a new deal
done and extend the arrangement four more years.
Flowers became the first Ravens’ receiver in franchise history to be selected to the Pro Bowl in 2024. He caight 74 passes for 1,059 yards and four touchdowns. In 2025, he took steps forward with 86 catches, 1,211 yards and five touchdowns.
Baltimore selected Flowers with the 22nd-overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft out of Boston College.
Flowers left Boston College as the program’s all-time leader in receiving yards (3,056) and receiving touchdowns (29). He is also second all-time in catchers with 200, behind only Lewis Bond. Flowers led the ACC in receiving touchdowns in 2020 and 2022. In his senior year, he finished with 78 catches for 1,077 yards and 12 touchdowns.
