Indiana football (6-0, 3-0 Big Ten) is set to take on Ohio State (5-1, 3-0 Big Ten) this afternoon at Memorial Stadium in Bloomington in the most consequential regular season game any team has played in years.
The Hoosiers and Buckeyes both look the part of national title contenders, with Indiana as the reigning champion and Ohio State having won two years ago. Whoever emerges from this matchup will be the favorite to win the Big Ten and look primed for a top seed when the College Football Playoff
rolls around this winter.
There’s gonna be plenty to discuss. How does Josh Hoover look against the toughest opposing defense yet? What’s Indiana’s plan for handling otherworldly wide receiver Jeremiah Smith? How annoying is it that this is being played at noon instead of in the evening.
