After months of speculation, UEFA announced that Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena will host the 2028 Champions League finale.
The Allianz Arena has hosted the even in both 2012 and 2025 as well. UEFA announced the full lineup for 2028 and 2029 finals, which is listed below:
The UEFA Executive Committee met today in Thessaloniki, Greece and appointed the hosts of several finals as follows:
UEFA Champions League
2028: Munich Football Arena, Munich
2029: Camp Nou, BarcelonaUEFA Women’s Champions League

Parc Olympic Lyonnais, Lyon-Décines 2029: National Stadium of Wales, Cardiff
UEFA Europa League
2028: National Arena, Bucharest
2029: National Stadium Serbia, BelgradeUEFA Conference League

2029: Puskás Aréna, BudapestUEFA Super Cup
2027: Johan Cruyff ArenA, Amsterdam

2027: Biel/Bienne Arena, Switzerland
Obviously, Bayern Munich will be aiming to play in that finale on its home turf, but there is a long way to go before that happens. First and foremost, the Bavarians will be looking to play for the crown next June at Estadio Metropolitano in Madrid, Spain.
