Liv Morgan showed up on Monday Night Raw this week to cut a promo saying now that she’s taken care of business against Queen of the Ring winner Iyo Sky, having defeated her at SummerSlam, she has no challengers. That means she can go back to supporting her great friends, Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez and fellow Judgment Day stablemate Roxanne Perez.
That was the lead in to Perez taking on Sol Ruca in singles action. The match, which was solid in its own right, turned out to be a backdrop
for the return of two of the biggest names on the women’s roster on the red brand.
Becky Lynch and Stephanie Vaquer.
Ruca was completely overwhelmed by the trio and promptly disposed of post-match. That’s when Lynch made her return, taking her sweet time walking down to the ring to say she came back to challenge Morgan, to ensure she doesn’t go another 100 days without defending the title.
Liv called her jealous, told her to go home and be a mom, and then tucked tail.
Before she could get to the back, that’s when Vaquer made her return. she tossed Rodriguez, then Perez, and the two babyfaces had the heel champion all to themselves in the ring. Lynch just watched as Vaquer put the boots to everyone.
Then they had a staredown of their own.
Business has just picked up, folks.
