Even though a lot of these matches
don’t have a storyline, the action should be exciting.
I get the feeling that Ricochet versus Rich Swann was originally supposed to be for the AEW National Championship, however, Ricochet was recently robbed of that title by Jack Perry. Now, it should just be a banger for the sake of a banger. I’m not sure if this one will be the main event. It’s listed first on the match card page from MLP.
Deonna Purrazzo and Gisele Shaw reignite their rivalry from TNA. It will be ROH Pure champion versus MLP women’s champion. Only Purrazzo’s title is on the line, and that means Pure rules will be in effect.
Stu Grayson isn’t here for an opportunity. He is here for redemption. Grayson is confident that he will win the PWA Champion’s Grail.
ROH x MLP Global Wars Canada starts at 7 pm ET. The show is available for streaming through TrillerTV. MLP is also running their Uprising event on Saturday night. Triller offers single show purchases and the combo pack for both shows.
