It was a big weekend for Green Bay Packers safety Evan Williams. The young man who shares a name with a longstanding American whiskey brand had a big 4th of July weekend, as some big personal news for him came to light over the holiday.
Williams is now engaged, having announced the big news on Instagram heading into the weekend. It’s an exciting time for the young man, who is headed into his third NFL season as the Packers presumed starter at one safety position and who helps to make that one of the stronger
position groups in the starting lineup.
So let’s raise a glass to Williams, who has aged particularly well in his short time in Green Bay.
