Let’s not get this twisted. The Diamondbacks deserved to lose last night’s game. But an equipment malfunction in the first might have changed the course of the entire game. An oblivious ump and the MLB’s silly rule about what can and cannot be reviewed also contributed to a result best left forgotten.
