After playing just over seven minutes in the first quarter, Jaylen Brown pulled up lame, grabbing his left hamstring. The Celtics have deemed him doubtful to return with hamstring tightness.

Entering his tenth season, Brown has looked fantastic in training camp after having knee surgery in early June for a partially torn meniscus. Brown left the game after scoring seven points (2-of-4 from the field, 1-of-3 from behind the arc) with two rebounds and a steal.
Boston opens the 2025-2026 regular season next Wednesday at home against the Philadelphia 76ers.
