With the Seattle Seahawks holding a one-score lead in the fourth quarter on the road against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team has lost the starter in the middle of the offensive line.
On a first and ten run at their own 27 yard line, Jalen Sundell was injured, and after getting attention on the field, headed to the locker room for further evaluation.
In Sundell’s absence, third year lineman Olu Oluwatimi came in and played the remainder of the drive, a drive on which the Seahawks easily moved the ball down the field with a Ken Walker touchdown run capping things off and giving Seattle a 31-17 lead over the Steelers.
The offense has looked much better in its second game under the direction of Klint Kubiak. Kubiak’s former team, the New Orleans Saints, will be at Lumen Field in Week 3 looking for their first win of the season.
