Bayern Munich is currently missing some of their biggest names in Alphonso Davies and Jamal Musiala, and even though they seem to be doing quite well without them, there is no doubt that they will be able
to make a bigger impact for the club. Both suffered some pretty gruesome injuries, sidelining them for months on end, but now we have some good news for at least one of them.
The Canadian international went out of action way back in March of this year after a pretty bad cruciate ligament injury, and after almost nine months of struggling to recover, it looks like he could return to the pitch for Bayern quite soon. Per a report captured by @iMiaSanMia, the club expects to ease Davies back into games beginning in December. Should everything go as planned, Davies could be back to training with the team full time soon after this months international break. Scheduled to begin in a few days, the break should give the Bayern veteran the time he needs to get back to full form before finally rejoining Vincent Kompany’s squad.
The biggest question, however, is whether or not Davies will be healthy enough to make an appearance against Arsenal in the Champions League. The match is scheduled soon after the international break ends, and with Arsenal being in the form it is right now, Bayern could most definitely use Davies’ skills. Either way, fans will hope that the Canadian returns as soon as possible.
