The Baltimore Ravens have replaced long-time kicker Justin Tucker with rookie Tyler Loop, who had been one of the best at his position in the country while playing for the University of Arizona. The Bills revamped the leadership in their special teams room by replacing former coach Matthew Smiley with Chris Tabor.
