One of the most important features of any college football game is who is in the announcing booth for whoever is broadcasting the event. For Notre Dame VS Miami on Sunday night, it will be ABC and the broadcast team of Sean McDonough and Greg McElroy.
The duo of McDonough and McElroy have usually been a pretty good team when
it comes to Notre Dame football games. Last year, the pair did the three playoff games (Indiana, Georgia, and Penn State) leading up to Notre Dame’s national championship game against Ohio State (which was Herbie and Fowler).
The only major gripe I can remember was McDonough embarrasingly trying to get out the transfer information about Jayden Harrison as he returned the 2nd half kickoff 98 yards for the touchdown. I say it was embarrassing because it was absolutely awful for how big of a moment that it was.

McElroy has been pretty high on CJ Carr all offseason, so if CJ balls out inside Hard Rock Stadium — Greg may gush like some other Greg I know does about Kyle Hamilton.
