This week on the Five Heart Podcast, Greg and Minnie will quickly recap Nebraska Football’s 59-7 win over the Huskies of Houston Christian University.
A week after the 68-0 destruction of Akron, the Huskers posted another lopsided win, and got into the depth charts in the process. The starters sat the second half, giving an opportunity to TJ Lateef, Cortez Mills Jr, Kwentin Ives, and a host of others to maintain the standard that Dylan Raiola and Co. established in the first half of the contest.
But
as Good Ol JR would say, “business is about to pick up” this weekend when the #21 Michigan Wolverines come to Lincoln. This marks the eighth game between the schools since Nebraska joined the Big Ten Conference, most of he match-ups going the way of the Wolverines.
Will this be the year that the Huskers overcome Michigan, beat a ranked team, and finally take the next step into recovering their place among the college football elite?
