According to a report from Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg, Beşiktaş has made Bayern Munich goalkeeper Alexander Nübel its priority transfer target, but the Germany international might not be eager to make the move to the Turkish power:
🚨🦇 EXCL | Alexander Nübel is current top target for Besiktas as club search for new No. 1.
Talks have already taken place with player camp and FC Bayern. Bayern’s demands are understood to be well above €10m.
However, it’s difficult as Nübel does not currently prioritise
move to Besiktas. He has several options and is listening to interest, but everything would need to fit. @berger_pj @SkySportDE
Nübel’s loan stint with VfB Stuttgart was extremely successful, but it would have been extremely difficult financially for them to keep the goalkeeper. Now, he is openly looking to leave Bayern Munich, where he has been told that he does not have a future with the club.
The immediate period after the World Cup will be key for the former Schalke 04 man to find a new home.
