Per the Golden State Warriors’ public relations page on X, Seth Curry will be reevaluated in two weeks. The guard has missed the last 17 games due to a sciatic nerve-related injury. He has played in only
two games for the Warriors since being signed to the roster.

While the team has been mostly fine without him, Curry’s absence speaks volumes with regard to the volume-shooting Warriors, who take the most threes in the league in terms of shot frequency but are middle-of-the-pack when it comes to makes. True to his family name, Curry profiles as one of the league’s bonafide knockdown shooters.
But his injury has kept him from being deployed by the Warriors and providing support to his older brother, Stephen Curry. Perhaps he may make a return later on in the season, but time is running out for the Warriors, who are 21-19 and struggling to climb up the Western Conference standings.
