What is the story about?
Portland Trail Blazers fans are pretty sure that their new star backcourt of Damian Lillard and Ja Morant will see plenty of action in the coming season. Last week we polled Portland supporters nationwide, asking if Lillard and Morant would see 50 games each. A whopping 77% of respondents indicated that, yes, they believed that both players would top 50. 12% believed that Lillard would reach that mark but Morant wouldn’t. Only 6% thought that Morant would exceed 50 but Lillard wouldn’t. A paltry
5% speculated that neither player would get to 50.
That’s a lot of confidence in two players who have been injured in recent seasons! But optimism reigns in Portland.
