Well, HERE.WE.GO. The Robert Saleh era officially kicks off today at Nissan Stadium. The Tennessee Titans opened as a 3-point favorite over the New York Jets. The line has moved all the way down to -1.5. It is not surprising that the public is not bullish on the Titans after what they showed this preseason.
Week 1 is a liar, as the saying goes. My hope is that at about 3:05 this afternoon we are all lying to ourselves, saying that the Titans might have a chance to actually make a run this year. That
can only happen if Cam Ward plays well. It is important for him to get off to a fast start in this one. The Titans have put enough around him that there really aren’t any excuses left. It’s time to show the league why he was the number one overall pick in 2025.
