Mike Perry went from “King of Violence”
to king of silence after his disastrous Duel Arena loss last weekend in Orlando. “Platinum” suffered a shoulder injury during the bout and was eventually finished by late replacement Brandon Jenkins, who stepped in for combat sports clown Dillon Danis.Danis pulled out a few days before the fight.
“Health is wealth,” Perry wrote on social media. “The MMA lifestyle taking care of the body, mind and spirit. The gym helps the process of growing your strength, but
strength is needed in other areas of life and should be exercised everywhere we go.”
“Organize, be consistent, more recovery and stretching,” Perry continued. “Taking knowledge into my future endeavors. More to work for, more work to do.”
Forget the knowledge, take a lawyer into your future endeavors.
No word yet on where Perry, 34, will resurface after his falling out with BKFC. I don’t think anyone’s clamoring for Duel Arena 2 but a return to MVP MMA is certainly on the table and I’m sure Scott Coker and Co. will be in the market for big names when they launch their new MMA promotion in early 2027.
